Junior IT Systems Support Specialist

ETG's Information Technology department is seeking an experienced Jr. IT Support Engineer to provide support to end-users spread across various offices of ETG. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of providing system hardware and software support to end-user.

Technical Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of operating system Windows 8/ 10 / 11.
• Should have good experience in laptop / desktop hardware and office O365
• Good knowledge of Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Manage user accounts, groups, and licenses Configure and manage email policies, archiving, retention,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Handling desktop (outlook, antivirus, basic networking, hardware/OS/Applications troubleshooting)
• Experience in computer support for system software and hardware
• Configuring and maintaining user endpoint computing devices
• Antivirus/Malware (endpoint, server)
• Remote troubleshooting and end user support
• Worked on Service Management tool
• Incident Resolution & Prevention

Basic Qualifications & Certification:

• UG: BCA in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
• Experience 2 -4 years.
• Relevant training and/or certifications in Windows OS, O365
• Any other IT related knowledge (AWS, Azure, Cybersecurity etc.) will be advantageous.

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Open to work late night and in shifts
• Should have valid passport.
• Should be a Team player.
