Job Description
Eternity Advocates (a division of Eternity Law International) continues to expand its professional legal network in the USA (Washington, District of Columbia).
We are currently seeking an experienced federal litigation attorney with strong expertise in False Claims Act (FCA) and qui tam matters to assist with federal court motion practice and case strategy.

We regularly act as a coordinating counsel for international clients and law firms.
Scope of Work
- Drafting and filing motions in U.S. federal court
- Handling post-procedural litigation matters
- Reviewing case files and advising on litigation strategy
- Working within Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP)
- Supporting complex federal civil litigation involving multiple parties

Required Experience
- 8+ years of federal civil litigation experience
- Strong background in False Claims Act (FCA) / qui tam litigation
- Experience with federal motion practice (including default-related motions)
- Familiarity with government-related or fraud litigation matters
- Experience in Washington, DC federal courts
- Background in white collar or government litigation
- Partner or senior-level litigation experience preferred
- Experience with complex multi-party federal cases
