Required Skills & Experience:

7 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.

Strong Power Platform administration experience is required.

Hands on experience with the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit is mandatory.

Experience governing Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio agents.

Strong PowerShell skills and experience with Azure Automation / Logic Apps.

Experience working with Microsoft Purview.

Solid understanding of governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft 365.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator with a primary focus on Power Platform administration and governance.

This role supports our Power Platform CoE and Copilot / agent governance initiatives.

This is a platform administration and governance role, not a developer role.

The focus is on controls, automation, and governance, not building custom Power Apps.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Power Platform & Copilot

Administer and govern Power Platform, with hands on ownership of the CoE Starter Kit.

Define and manage Power Platform environments, maker governance, and DLP policies.

Govern Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio agents, including lifecycle, data access, connector governance, and usage monitoring.

Build and maintain administrative automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation Runbooks, and Logic Apps.

Support Purview controls (sensitivity labels, retention, audit/eDiscovery) related to Power Platform and Copilot.

Secondary Microsoft 365 Platforms:

Microsoft Teams tenant administration (policies, lifecycle, access controls).

SharePoint Online administration (site governance, permissions, sharing).

External collaboration governance (guest access and sharing controls).

Use and integration of Entra ID for authentication and access scenarios related to Power Platform, Copilot, Teams, and SharePoint

Nice to Have

Hands on experience with Splunk, Okta, ServiceNow, CyberArk

Experience in highly governed enterprise environments
