Job Description
As an administrative assistant at the Esri R&D Center-New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the office. Your organizational and problem-solving skills will be key as you support the software engineers' team and contribute to creating a positive work environment in alignment with the office culture and company values.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Take care of the office condition, supplies, and equipment to make the office a great place to work on a day-to-day basis
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and manage hospitality management
- Serve as a liaison between administrative staff at Esri headquarters in the US and provide necessary reports and information
- Manage relationships with local vendors, service providers, and the landlord, acting as an interface
- Assist in planning and executing office events, both on-site and off-site, team activities, celebrations, etc.
- Maintain an inventory of office equipment and supplies, verify supply receipts, and manage invoice and payment records
- Ensure the office's condition is well-maintained and coordinate necessary repairs
- Collaborate with Human Resources to support employer administration efforts and update office policies as required
- *Qualifications Required:**
- 4 to 8 years of office management, administrative, or executive assistant experience, preferably in a software/IT company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise information sharing in reports and formal correspondence
- Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines amidst interruptions and competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with various online systems
- Attention to detail in preparing and reviewing accounting information with accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study
- Existing work authorization for India
- *Recommended Qualifications:**
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
- Executive Assistant experience, preferably in a software/IT company
