As an SMM & SMO Analyst, your role involves managing and optimizing social media marketing (SMM) and social media optimization (SMO) strategies on various platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth through targeted campaigns, content creation, and community management. Your primary responsibilities include: - Developing and executing social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat. - Creating and managing paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate quality leads. - Crafting engaging ad copy and creatives tailored to different audience segments and platforms. - Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to optimize ad targeting, budget allocation, and creative strategies. - Focusing on generating quality leads through targeted social media strategies. In the realm of Social Media Optimization (SMO), you will be responsible for: - Optimizing social media profiles to enhance brand presence and improve SEO rankings. - Developing strategies to grow organic followers and increase engagement through regular posting, community interaction, and hashtag usage. - Coordinating with content and design teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and posts aligned with brand guidelines. - Utilizing social media tools to schedule posts, monitor conversations, and track engagement metrics. Additionally, you will lead campaigns to increase followers and subscribers, engaging users through contests, giveaways, and interactive content. You will collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach and attract new followers. Your community management duties involve engaging with followers, responding to comments, and monitoring industry trends to identify new opportunities. In terms of analytics and reporting, you will use tools to track key metrics, generate reports with actionable insights, and stay updated with social media trends and best practices. The tools and technologies you will work with include Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Pinterest Analytics, Snapchat Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Snapchat Ads. To qualify for this role, you should have 1.5-3 years of experience in social media marketing and optimization, proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, and a graduation in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Preferred qualifications include experience in a similar role within an agency or a large-scale brand. Your salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
