We have opening for Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sr. TA Executive role for our HO Location Mahape, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sr. TA Executive

Location : Mahape (Near By Ghansoli) Navi Mumbai

Exp : 7+ Years Min. in NON - IT Recruitment

Salary : Depend upon the interview

Office Timing - 9am to 6PM

Working Days:- 6Days working(2nd Saturday off)

Exp. in Elevators / EPC / Manufacturing / Engineering Industry would be an added advantage

Role Summary The Senior Executive Talent Acquisition is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment processes for Escon Elevators, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and providing a seamless candidate experience while supporting recruitment strategy and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or online interviews.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate selection discussions.
  • Support the onboarding process for new joiners.

2. Candidate Relationship Management

  • Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future requirements.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

3. Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in generating recruitment reports and analytics.

4. Employer Branding Support

  • Participate in employer branding initiatives like job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media campaigns.
  • Promote Escon Elevators as an employer of choice in external channels.

5. Process Improvement

  • Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and tools for better efficiency.
  • Stay updated with market trends, recruitment best practices, and talent acquisition technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates for multiple functions, including technical, non-technical, and field roles, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRMS/ERP recruitment modules is an advantage.

  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
