You will be working as a Senior Business Analyst in the Banking domain as part of the EY-GDS D&A (Data and Analytics) team. Your role will involve a blend of Business Analysis and Project Management responsibilities to support transformation initiatives across retail banking, corporate banking, lending, payments, regulatory compliance, and financial operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements across multiple banking products and operational workflows.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and deep dive analysis sessions to identify business needs and use cases.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specs, and wireframes.
• Maintain clear requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define, maintain, and refine the product backlog based on value, risk, and business impact.
• Provide progress updates, insights, and risk visibility to stakeholders.
• Support project planning, manage timelines, deliverables, and sprint schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate requirement implementation.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and validation.
• Apply deep understanding of banking products, regulatory frameworks, and operational workflows.
• Utilize tools for data discovery, metadata documentation, and data analysis.
• *Skills Required:**
• Strong experience in Retail & Corporate Banking with knowledge of lending, payments, deposits, mortgages, and credit products.
• Solid grasp of financial regulations and risk frameworks.
• Ability to create high-quality requirements documents, user stories, and wireframes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, metadata & data governance tools.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and manage cross-functional delivery.
• *Qualifications for the Role:**
• Bachelors degree in information technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Experience in Agile project delivery and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of data management, metadata, and integration concepts.
• Certifications such as CBAP, Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Banking domain certifications (preferred).
