As a Senior/Assistant Manager in the EY GDS Assurance FAAS team, you will work closely with FAAS managers and Senior Managers on clients and engagements across Americas, EMEIA, and APAC. Your primary responsibility will be to provide end-to-end services related to GAAP conversion, implementation, and other technical accounting services. You will play a crucial role in managing the quality of service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage the quality of service delivery by directing daily progress of fieldwork and informing Supervisors of engagement status
• Follow through on client requests in a timely manner and manage expectations regarding deliverables
• Apply independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards to meet engagement expectations
• Prepare underlying materials and lead/participate in client workshops
• Coordinate activities between small teams on projects, provide guidance and feedback to junior team members
• Undertake practice development activities including contributing to thought leadership pieces, running industry events, delivering training, and managing team communications
• Develop strong internal and external networks for long-term relationships, managing EY accounts, and bringing value to clients
• Drive innovation by creating an environment that encourages new ways of working and technological advancements
• Establish and manage effective working relationships with peer-level clients as part of project delivery roles
• *Qualification Required:**
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US) or ACCA (UK)
• 3-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience
