- Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable solutions
- Delivering live software demos (Web/App platforms) via Zoom/Google Meet
- Handling objections and performing effective negotiation
- Converting leads into paying customers and achieving revenue targets
In terms of communication & client handling, you are expected to:
- Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle
- Follow up with prospects consistently
- Build long-term relationships with clients
Qualifications required for this role:
- Proven experience in software / SaaS sales (2+ years)
- Hands-on experience in multi-channel lead generation
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Experience in demo delivery & sales closing
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools & sales tracking
