Job Description

As a Sales Specialist with hands-on experience in software sales, SaaS solutions, and customized tech services, your role involves generating leads, conducting demos, and closing deals independently across B2B and B2C segments.

  • Generate high-quality leads through:
  • Email outreach & cold emailing
  • LinkedIn prospecting & networking
  • Platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, etc.
  • Paid channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Identify and target potential clients in B2B segments
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Your responsibilities include:

  • Connecting with leads and scheduling product demos/meetings
  • Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable solutions
  • Delivering live software demos (Web/App platforms) via Zoom/Google Meet
  • Handling objections and performing effective negotiation
  • Converting leads into paying customers and achieving revenue targets

In terms of communication & client handling, you are expected to:

  • Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Follow up with prospects consistently
  • Build long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications required for this role:

  • Proven experience in software / SaaS sales (2+ years)
  • Hands-on experience in multi-channel lead generation
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Experience in demo delivery & sales closing
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools & sales tracking
