Job Description
Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support scalable backend solutions. This role focuses on building and enhancing customer?facing applications using modern backend technologies in a cloud?based environment. The ideal candidate brings deep backend development experience, strong cloud expertise, and the ability to contribute in a fast?paced Agile setting.
Responsibilities include working closely with product managers and engineering teams to deliver high?quality solutions, participating in sprint planning and daily standups, and contributing to the development of new application functionality. Candidates should be comfortable working across distributed systems and supporting enterprise?scale platforms.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience (required – no exceptions)
Required Technical Skills
- 8–10 years of hands?on experience with Java (required)
- Strong experience with Python (required)
- Proven experience working in AWS environments (required)
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Cassandra, or similar)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud?native architectures and distributed systems
- Experience supporting customer?facing, enterprise?scale applications
- Prior experience working in highly regulated or large enterprise environments is a plus
