Job Title: Global Technical Service Engineer
As a Global Technical Service Engineer at Epiroc, you will provide technical support through various channels, conduct training, and perform installations. You will also be responsible for product life cycle management, including product safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Field Support: Provide technical assistance via multiple channels, conduct training sessions, perform First on Market start-ups (FoM), and installation where necessary.
- Product Life Cycle: Engage in Product Safety related work, lead or handle duties within Continuous Product Improvement (CPI), participate in machine testing and verification, ensure machine serviceability and user friendliness.
- Create technical documentation and media: Develop instructional materials for customers as well as internal use. Include creation of system descriptions specific to individual machines.
