Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Software Engineer (SWE) to join our innovative team. In this hybrid role, you will maintain and enhance production applications, monitor system alerts and logs, troubleshoot code issues, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform
  • Build robust, secure, and maintainable services, focusing on automation and developer experience
  • Monitor system alerts and logs, proactively troubleshoot and resolve code and infrastructure issues
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance across environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform on Google Cloud Platform
  • Deep expertise in GCP services: compute, networking, storage, alerting, monitoring, and security
  • Strong experience with GitHub for collaboration and automation workflows
  • Excellent technical communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in DevOps or SRE roles, troubleshooting complex systems, and adapting to new technologies

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $105,000 - $150,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
