MARKETPLACE GROWTH MANAGER
Onsite / Hybrid / Remote – Depending on Location
JOB SUMMARY: Established in 1998, Enzymedica produces cutting-edge enzyme formulas that provide targeted support for digestive issues, food intolerances, cardiovascular issues, proper immune function, and a healthy inflammatory process. We are seeking a Marketplace Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and improve content and operational execution across Enzymedica’s marketplace channels. This includes TikTok Shop, retailer-owned eCommerce websites (such as Walmart.com, Target.com, CVS.com, and Kroger.com), and international Amazon marketplaces, with an initial emphasis on the EU and Canada. REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS & EDUCATION:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing Amazon and/or Walmart.com marketplaces in seller, vendor, or hybrid structures.
- Minimum of 2 years managing TikTok Shop or TikTok eCommerce programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Experience within the natural products industry and/or CPG background is highly preferred.
- Proven experience driving measurable growth on Amazon, Walmart.com, and TikTok Shop marketplaces.
- Knowledge of retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, including catalog management, fulfillment workflows, forecasting alignment, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, creative, operations, and external partners.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret marketplace data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present strategies and performance to multiple audiences.
- Ability to identify root-cause issues and develop resourceful solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties as required):
- Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies that improve traffic, conversion, revenue, and profitability across TikTok Shop, retailer-owned eCommerce sites, and international Amazon marketplaces.
- Manage channel performance across varying account models, including Seller Central, hybrid structures, and authorized reseller environments.
- Lead content and merchandising initiatives by coordinating internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure listings meet marketplace standards for accuracy, compliance, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Oversee content localization and adaptation of U.S. assets for Amazon EU, Amazon Canada, and future international markets.
- Collaborate with TikTok creator management teams to ensure product availability, pricing alignment, promotions, and merchandising support marketplace sales initiatives.
- Partner with supply chain, sales operations, and forecasting teams to support accurate inventory planning, demand forecasting, and order flow efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace KPIs, such as revenue, traffic, conversion rate, Buy Box %, inventory health, and media performance, and implement improvements based on insights.
- Develop and manage promotional calendars, search optimization plans, retail media strategies, and category-level merchandising initiatives.
- Support adherence to Enzymedica’s pricing strategy and MAP compliance across all marketplaces, strictly following established escalation procedures for pricing deviations.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with retailer platform representatives (e.g., Walmart Connect, TikTok Shop representatives, Amazon account contacts) to support performance and strategic alignment.
