The Beauty Advisor reports to the Assistant Manager, Manager and/or owner of the store. This position is highly independent with very little direct oversight. Beauty Advisors are expected to be themselves and enjoy interacting with us customers.

The role of the Beauty Advisor is to provide all customers an amazing shopping experience while meeting targeted sales goals. Superior customer service is a requirement, in addition to maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the store. It is the responsibility of the Beauty Advisor to have knowledge of and be able to speak to the products in the store to meet daily sales targets.

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Prior experience in retail and/or customer service are strongly preferred.
