About the Role

We are seeking a

QA Automation Engineer

to support an ongoing

Genesys Cloud implementation

for the

CCaaS program

. You will play a key role in automating tests across voice, IVR, and digital channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bilingual (English & French):

Able to

speak, read, and write

fluently in both languages

• Strong experience with

QA automation

• Hands-on experience with:
• API automation
• GUI automation
• Selenium
• Karate
• Cyara automation testing
• strong must-have
• Experience with

IVR testing

• Experience supporting cloud contact center platforms (asset)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Genesys Cloud
• Telecom or CCaaS background
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Performance and load testing exposure

What You'll Do

• Build, enhance, and maintain automated test frameworks
• Automate test cases across IVR, voice, and digital channels
• Validate customer journeys within the Genesys Cloud platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution
• Contribute to release readiness, regression cycles, and test planning
