About the Role

We are seeking a

QA Automation Engineer

to support an ongoing

Genesys Cloud implementation

for the

CCaaS program

. You will play a key role in automating tests across voice, IVR, and digital channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bilingual (English & French):

Able to

speak, read, and write

fluently in both languages

Strong experience with

QA automation

Hands-on experience with:
API automation
GUI automation
Selenium
Karate
Cyara automation testing
strong must-have
Experience with

IVR testing

Experience supporting cloud contact center platforms (asset)

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Genesys Cloud
Telecom or CCaaS background
CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Performance and load testing exposure

What You'll Do

Build, enhance, and maintain automated test frameworks
Automate test cases across IVR, voice, and digital channels
Validate customer journeys within the Genesys Cloud platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
Identify, document, and track defects to resolution
Contribute to release readiness, regression cycles, and test planning
