Project Proposal Manager

Responsibilities：

Working with relevant solutions teams and purchasing, prepare comprehensive proposal for sales project which includes:

• Execution strategy
• Transportation from factory to site and route assessment
• Installation, testing and commissioning
• Tower solution including non-standard (e.g. hybrid)
• Contract reviews and approval
• Preparation of required tender documentation for bid
• Project schedule
• Non standard scope (e.g. balance of plant)

Market Analysis

• Monitoring and tracking Envision competitiveness for project proposal scope
• Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement
• Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of market changes
• Provide feedback to the company solutions department on cost saving initiatives

Supplier Development

• Continuously support purchasing in the development and maintenance of relationships with suppliers
• Ensure contracts and technical terms, with support from Envision’s legal department, are favorable and fit for purpose
• Conduct supplier technical concept reviews on completion of contracts

Project Procurement

• Support procurement on crane and installation and logistics ensuring accuracy of tender documentation and tenders

Cranage and Installation and Logistics Solutions

• Maintain and update knowledge of logistics and crane equipment available for wind industry in each EU country
• Liaise with technical team to develop cranage and installation solutions to optimize budgets on projects

Contract Closure and Handover

• Support contract negotiation and closure process
• Handover of project management solution to delivery team

Requirements：

• Degree in relevant engineering qualification
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project or proposal management
• Experience in wind farm project sales, transport, cranes or management is necessary
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office/Sharepoint
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English is essential, both verbally and written
