Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Hands-on experience with React and Redux
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write well-abstracted, maintainable, reusable code
- Strong ownership mindset and product-oriented thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
