Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Lead who can drive end-to-end HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, and Administration. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, managing stakeholders, and building scalable HR processes. Experience in HR compliances will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT):
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
- Develop sourcing strategies and ensure timely closures
- Manage hiring pipelines, vendor coordination, and recruitment metrics
HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution
HR Operations:
- Manage complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Ensure proper documentation, HRMS updates, and data accuracy
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
HR Administration:
- Handle general administration activities and vendor coordination
- Manage office operations, facilities, and workplace experience
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning
Compliance (Good to Have):
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance checks
Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and mentor HR/recruitment team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR delivery
- Provide data-driven insights and improve HR processes
Key Requirements
- 67 years of experience in HR with exposure to Recruitment, HRBP, and Operations
- Strong experience in IT & Non-IT hiring
- Hands-on experience in HR operations and administrative functions
- Knowledge of HR compliances is a plus
- Proven ability to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
