At Enlightened, Inc., we’re looking for a motivated and service-oriented Inbound Call Center Agent May 20th ,2026 to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding support by assisting customers, resolving inquiries with empathy and efficiency, and ensuring each interaction is a positive experience.

Work Schedule:
- Training: Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 5:30 PM during our comprehensive 3-week training program -Weekends Off
- Post-Training: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts, full-time schedule)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support by following established call center scripts and guidelines.
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Maintain positive and professional phone etiquette in every interaction.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Accurately perform data entry and maintain organized records.
- Communicate clearly with customers to ensure their understanding and satisfaction.
Pay & Perks:
- Hourly Rate: $16.00 during training and probationary period and after that it will be $17.00 (36-40 hours )
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30AM – 5:30 PM (Weekends are off ) during 3weeks training . After that any 8-hour shift will be assigned between 8 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends are off ).
- Training: One-on-one, hands-on learning in the production environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Experience with inbound calling and resolving customer issues.
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in data entry.
- A service-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets.
