Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced MS Dynamics CRM Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The ideal candidate will lead CRM architecture, guide development teams, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Solution Architecture
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules.
Define CRM architecture, customization strategy, and best practices.
Design scalable solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
- Technical Leadership
Lead a team of CRM developers, consultants, and analysts.
Provide technical guidance on plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and integrations.
Oversee CRM customizations using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Development & Customization
Develop and review solutions using:
C#
JavaScript
.NET Framework
Implement plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom entities.
Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for business automation and analytics.
- Integration & Data Management
Design integrations between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems using:
REST/SOAP APIs
Azure integration services
Work with tools such as:
Azure Logic Apps
Azure Service Bus
Azure Data Factory
- CRM Governance & Best Practices
Define CRM development standards, code review processes, and deployment strategies.
Implement security roles, data governance, and environment management.
Ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
- Stakeholder & Project Management
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leadership.
Lead requirement workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Support Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
15+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
Strong experience in CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture and deployment models.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for CRM deployments.
Experience with data migration and CRM upgrades.
Familiarity with Power Platform governance and ALM.

Microsoft Certified:
