Overview

The Manufacturing Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures that products are produced efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.

Schedule

  • Training conducted on 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Transition to 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM

Compensation & Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
  • Work Location: In-person

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor thermoforming and paper cup production machines
  • Knowledge of Conveyors and automated production lines
  • Trimming and cutting machines (to finish plastic products)
  • Assist with product handling and production management tasks
  • Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery as needed
  • Inspect machine performance and ensure product quality meets specifications
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or defects
  • Follow all company safety, sanitation, and operational procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fluency in English required; Korean skills are a plus
  • Basic to intermediate computer proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Prior experience as a machine operator required
  • Ability to lift 25–50 pounds as needed
  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hair nets and safety glasses

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing and production facility setting
  • Regular exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment
  • Required use of safety equipment such as safety shoes, gloves, and hearing protection
