Elevation IFT seeks a reliable and passionate therapist looking to work independently with clients. In this hybrid role, provide personalized treatment, develop strategies for patient care, and engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings. You must identify at least 30 hours weekly for therapy services, supporting clients in achieving their treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Complete necessary clinical documentation promptly
• Set realistic goals and develop treatment plans with clients
• Conduct assessments and monitor ongoing patient progress
• Collaborate with other providers for comprehensive care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field
• License or eligibility to practice in Illinois or Indiana
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
