Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Product Managers to engineer the product experience, ensuring complex financial data is understandable and actionable for clients.
• Build advanced web applications for desktop and mobile platforms, focusing on scale, performance, and reusable component architecture.
• Maintain engineering rigor by writing clean, testable code, and implementing automated tests to ensure daily production releases.
• Stay updated on modern web technologies to enhance development efficiency while keeping the tech stack modern.
• Mentor other engineers to elevate the team's productivity and code quality, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications Required:

Must-Haves:

• Possess 5+ years of experience in web engineering, specifically in building and maintaining consumer-facing web applications.
• Demonstrate mastery in React and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of React concepts, performance optimization, and writing robust, type-safe code.
• Exhibit a strong product and design sense, able to bridge the gap between design mockups and responsive, interactive user interfaces.
• Embrace a testing mindset, experienced with testing frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Jest, and prioritize automated testing in the development process.
• Show a bias for action, navigating ambiguity effectively and taking proactive steps to unblock challenges.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Exposure to full-stack development, including experience with Node.js or Backend-for-Frontend patterns.
