Job Description: SAP Integration Consultant (Procure-to-Pay / MM / EWM)

Contract: 3 Months (with potential extension)

Location: Hybrid / Remote + Onsite Workshops (as required) ~ 4 days per week

Industry: Large Enterprise (Accounting & Supply Chain Transformation)

About the Role

We are supporting a major enterprise undergoing a significant ERP transformation, moving from a legacy Accounting and Supply Chain platform to SAP. We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Consultant to assess the current state, engage business stakeholders, and develop a comprehensive migration and integration strategy.

This role requires deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes and strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and ideally SAP EWM. You will play a key role in evaluating current processes, facilitating workshops, and shaping the roadmap for the move to SAP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a full assessment of existing Accounting and Supply Chain processes within the current legacy system.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and understand operational challenges.
• Map current processes to SAP MM / EWM functionality and identify gaps, risks, and key integration points.
• Develop a clear migration and integration plan, including process design, data requirements, and cutover considerations.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Procure-to-Pay and SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and implementation partners to ensure alignment across functions.
• Prepare documentation such as process flows, requirements, system assessments, and recommendations for future-state design.
• Present findings and proposed approaches to leadership and project teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP implementation or ERP transformation experience.
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Hands-on functional experience in SAP MM; SAP EWM experience preferred.
• Previous involvement in migrating from legacy ERP systems to SAP.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in industries with complex supply chain environments (e.g., utilities, distribution, field services, or retail).
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments.
