Job Description
Become an Associate Production Manager and drive successful event execution with Encore. Oversee technical and logistical elements of productions, ensuring every event meets high standards. This introductory role partners closely with Production Managers to manage small projects and portions of larger events.
You'll monitor performance against plans, resolve operational issues, and uphold Technical and Production Standards. Strong problem-solving abilities and client relationship management will be key as you support varied production needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deploy work plans for event projects
- Supervise technical setup and troubleshoot AV systems
- Analyze project risks to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships to drive client retention
- Assist in scheduling equipment deliveries and pickups Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in audio-visual technical roles
- 1+ years of onsite crew experience
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% may be required Drive results while managing technical aspects and ensuring client satisfaction in your role at Encore.
