Empower Empire is focused on developing new agents in the industry to increase our ability to distribute financial fundamentals to the middle market. The focus is on financial education that helps people to make informed decisions about their finances. The brokerage model gives a wide range of insurance and investment products from multiple carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Training — Learn the products and the system well enough to train agents how to connect and provide value to prospective clients. Teach agents, in the field, how to determine short and long-term financial goals and recommend appropriate insurance and investment strategies.
• Onboarding Support — Maintain a pipeline of candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the financial services industry. Support their onboarding and early development as they move into licensing and independence.
• Agent Development & Performance Coaching — Set clear expectations for your team, track their progress, identify where they're struggling, and provide targeted coaching to help them hit their goals and build confidence
• Client-Facing Work — Maintain your own active client base to model best practices for your team; engage clients around their financial goals and demonstrate the advisory process your agents are learning
• Ongoing Learning — Stay current on products, industry trends, and leadership best practices so you can continuously raise the ceiling for yourself and the people you're developing

What We’re Looking For

This role is well-suited for individuals with industry experience and work with remote teams. Individuals who are proactive in their work, a willingness to be trained/coached and an inclination to help others.

Qualifications

• Existing life insurance license (HLLQP) is preferred or can be completed in-house
• Previous experience in self-employment, entrepreneurship, sales, or business development preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn

Compensation

• This role starts as commission based or performance-based income.
• Recurring income grows from advisors’ book of business
• Additional income from training new agents
• Bonuses based on volume
