IAM Process Improvement Specialist

Drive enterprise IAM improvements as an Identity Analyst. Use your expertise to enhance access processes and promote secure identity practices in a dynamic hybrid work environment. In this role, you will focus on assessing and improving Identity and Access Management practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and support operational requests. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are crucial for success. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve IAM processes and workflows
• Partner with security teams to enforce best practices
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders
• Manage high-volume access requests using ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues with timely resolutions Requirements:
• At least 1+ year of experience in IT enterprise settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience using ServiceNow and knowledge of ITIL v4
• Strong written and verbal skills
