Job Description
Serve as a vital Case Manager providing emergency housing support services. Deliver compassionate case management and crisis intervention to clients, ensuring they receive the help they need. In this role, the Case Manager will develop and maintain a focused caseload while performing detailed intake assessments for residents. By implementing quality of life evaluations, you will help clients navigate various challenges such as homelessness and abuse. A strong adherence to client confidentiality and safety regulations is required. Key Responsibilities:
