The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with AI automation tools, basic chatbot interfaces, and repetitive data processing while maintaining high accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry using internal systems and spreadsheets
- Use AI automation tools to speed up data entry and validation tasks
- Manage AI chatbot responses and basic conversational workflows
- Verify, clean, and organize data with high attention to detail
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Conduct basic online research when required
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Follow training guidelines and standard operating procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Hindi & English typing (English is mandatory)
- Familiarity with AI tools for data entry/automation (preferred)
- Basic understanding of AI chatbot handling (preferred)
- Good problem-solving and research abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
