Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Women’s Wellness Community Lead. The role involves fostering meaningful connections within the women’s wellness community, engaging with members to promote programs and services, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating wellness events, collaborating with health professionals, providing support to participants in wellness programs, and contributing to overall community engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between participants and the multidisciplinary team to ensure personalized and effective care.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication to build relationships and connect with community members.
• A solid understanding of health and wellness, with knowledge in areas such as women's health and holistic care approaches.
• Experience in customer service and the ability to provide empathetic and personalized support to participants.
• Familiarity with concepts of exercise physiology and fitness programs, especially as they relate to women's health.
• Passion for women’s wellness and a commitment to creating supportive, empowering environments.
• Organizational and event coordination skills to plan and execute community programs effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, public health, community development, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in women’s health or wellness sectors is an added advantage.
