The Dual Pillars of Your Impact
1. The Roster Architect (Operations)
- Strategic Planning: Support roster planning to ensure appropriate staffing coverage to meet essential care minute requirements.
- Compliance Guardian: Maintain accurate, efficient daily staff rosters while proactively managing staff availability and budget constraints.
- Systems specialist: Update and maintain accurate compliance and training details in our roster system to ensure compliance with Aged Care legislation and organisational requirements.
2. The People Champion (HR & Administration)
- Lifecycle Support: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing contracts and onboarding new starters to meet mandatory compliance requirements.
- Culture Catalyst: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance and coordinate P&C initiatives to improve overall staff satisfaction, workplace culture, and engagement.
- Admin Excellence: Ensure all employee records and files are kept accurate, highly confidential, and up-to-date.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar roster or HR administration role within the Aged Care or healthcare sector.
- Has a current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check or ability to obtain
- Previous experience in a general HR or administration role, with a solid understanding of the Fair Work Act, employment lifecycles, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS and rostering systems, such as Mirus and ELMO, is highly preferred.
- High-level organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines on a daily basis.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Most importantly, you bring excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly attitude, and a collaborative spirit.
