Key Responsibilities:Connect with customers via calls or in-person meetings to explain insurance productsGenerate leads and convert them into successful salesUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable health and life insurance policiesMaintain regular follow-ups with prospective customersAchieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targetsEnsure proper documentation and compliance with company policiesBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsEligibility Criteria:Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience)Good communication and convincing skillsSales experience preferred (freshers with strong communication can also apply)Basic knowledge of insurance products is an added advantageCompensation:Health Insurance: ₹25,000 (Net Take-Home)Life Insurance: ₹18,600 (Net Take-Home)Attractive incentives over and above salary
