Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team at Elk Ridge Resort. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information.
• Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports.
• Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
• Assist with phone inquiries and maintain professional phone etiquette.

Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk operations or hotel management is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
