Product Designer (with UX/UI focus) 💰 Salary: $166,400 - 187,200 per year

📝 Rquirements:

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Product Designer, either in-house or at an agency
• Background in enterprise SaaS with experience in intricate product spaces
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping workflows
• Comprehensive experience creating user-facing designs for both web and mobile applications
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, balance, and proportion
• Proven aesthetic judgment and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to convey design choices, ideas, and vision to cross-functional teams
• Experience in mentoring designers on excellence, quality, and craftsmanship
• Track record of delivering products, particularly in fast-paced startup settings
• Familiarity with and contributions to design systems
• Highly organized, self-motivated, with the capability to prioritize, manage tasks, and adhere to deadlines
• Collaborated effectively with Engineers, Product Managers, and User Researchers
• Preferred experience with ecommerce, payments, or checkout systems
• Preferred experience with white-label solutions

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Establish the experience strategy for a multifaceted product and build consensus across diverse teams
• Set standards for design excellence and visual quality across our platform
• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to guide design decisions and achieve user and business goals
• Host cross-functional workshops to brainstorm and define conceptual direction
• Develop and present high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and detailed specifications
• Contribute to and enhance the product design system
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to transform concepts into functional and valuable features
• Lead and engage in design critiques to gather and provide constructive feedback
