I‘m hiring for the toughest role at Elfina yet.

A bit about us: Elfina Health is an online therapy matching platform. We started in 2024. We use a proprietary algorithm with 40+ variables to match clients to the right therapist on the first try — because most people‘s first therapy experience fails not because therapy doesn‘t work, but because the match was wrong. We‘re bootstrapped + angel-funded so far, and currently raising our first institutional round.

About the role

I‘m a solo founder. I bite off more than I can chew on most weeks. I need a right-hand who can take half of it off my plate and do justice to it.

The split: 60% execution. 20% scrappy problem-solving (small team, less money). 20% strategy and analytics. You‘d work with me directly — which can be both great and terrible, depending on the day.

The bar is high:

• You write and speak well. Like, really well.
• Execution excites you. You can plan your day and week without being told how.
• You‘re analytical, comfortable with numbers and AI tools.
• You understand dhandha — how businesses actually make money.
• You have good taste and judgment. (Most important.)

What you get: Mentoring, unlimited opportunity, and a real path to leading a function at Elfina in 12–18 months. Cash + equity — but this isn‘t a role where you brag about the salary. It‘s a bet on Elfina, and on yourself.
