Software Engineer at Elfen Software

We are a small, mid-stage startup in the business software industry helping small to mid-sized companies optimize sales and profitability from executive-level commercial strategy to empowerment of online customers, sales reps and fulfillment personnel. Enabled by our robust data platform and cutting-edge SaaS product, we are light-years ahead of the industry and see our application as disruptive.

Externally, we are a private company. Internally, we have a high-capability, low-ego team of 9 great people and a culture built on hard work and collective success. We are based in Miami, Florida and hire across the US with remote and onsite capabilities. We usually eat together as our lunch is catered or we order in (or go out to eat as a team). Our engineering team is currently CTO, CIO and 7 Software Engineers. Mentoring and career coaching is built into employment.

You will work closely with the CTO, other engineers/designers to build and improve experiences in our flagship SaaS product. We are looking for someone who is/has:

• Smart & dependable with a positive attitude
• At least 5 years of relevant development experience
• A need to grow and learn new things

You must have demonstrated hands-on experience in building complex and dynamic web pages, but do not need to have experience with the technologies we currently work with (we assume you can pick them up). Our current stack includes:

• Front end: .Net v4.5, Bootstrap v3, jQuery v3.3, CSS3, JSON, C#
• API: third party integration (e.g., payments, shipping, tax and accounting systems)
• Data: SQL Server
• Ops: Azure hosting and devops tools
