Responsible for Maintaining the TAT of R&M tickets at best.
MEPs have to maintain the materials data like Inhouse store stock and Used materials stock without any deviation.
Should Reduce the vendor dependency on ground by using technical knowledge without affecting CSAT score.
Carry out project activities as directed by the Managers/Associate Managers and adhere to Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures.
Carry out the PPM, Reactive and corrective maintenance of MEP asset such as ( Split ac,MDB,SMDB,DB,LCP, Generator,Booster pumps,Sump pumps.
Able to resolve Basic AC complaints.
Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing plumbing system, water tank, pump Etc.
Diagnose leakage and blockage,understanding the drainage and water supply system.
Installation knowledge on Geysers,UPS and Inverters etc.
Minor carpentry work, Repairing door and window alignments, and Replacing the door lock sets and latches.
Filling the checklist (PPM,RM)
Participate in emergency on-call service during non-working hours, weekends and public holidays
