Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to all demographics, focusing on their mental health needs. This role requires a strong background in patient care, case management, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and case notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay informed about current trends in mental health treatment, particularly in pediatrics, to provide the best possible care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or equivalent certification.
• Strong skills in patient care, case management, and effective communication.
