B2B Sales Engineer -Industrial /Manufacturing (Field Sales )

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are hiring B2B Sales Engineers / Industrial Sales professionals who are comfortable with field sales, plant visits, and interacting with engineering & quality teams.

This is a high-impact role where you will represent the company directly at manufacturing facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and connect with manufacturing companies through cold calling and outreach
• Visit factory sites and build relationships with engineering & quality teams
• Understand shop floor processes and customer challenges
• Demonstrate AI-based solutions to clients
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Drive consistent follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-6 years of experience in B2B / Industrial / Manufacturing Sales
• Experience in field sales / client visits is mandatory
• Background in automation, engineering products, or manufacturing solutions preferred
• Mechanical Engineering preferred (not mandatory)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
