If we’ve described you and your dream workplace, please apply and share in the many benefits and opportunities we offer.</em></strong></span></p></div><p><strong><u>Data Analyst II</u></strong></p> <p><u>Responsibilities and Duties:&nbsp;</u></p> <ul> <li>Participate in recurring program forums, including Weekly Project Status Reporting, coordination meetings, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development sessions</li> <li>Track, document, and manage action items, team recommendations, and deliverables across multiple cybersecurity workstreams</li> <li>Support performance reporting activities, including operational metrics tracking, data validation, and report preparation</li> <li>Maintain situational awareness of ongoing cybersecurity operations through daily staff check-ins and coordination activities</li> <li>Serve as a central coordination point for communication between Security Operations Center (SOC), engineering teams, and leadership stakeholders</li> <li>Facilitate cross-team alignment by ensuring timely communication of priorities, dependencies, and operational updates</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiencies across cybersecurity activities</li> <li>Support implementation of automation initiatives and modernization efforts to enhance program execution and efficiency</li> <li>Assist in the development, refinement, and maintenance of SOPs and operational documentation</li> <li>Provide coordination support for cybersecurity tools and workflows, ensuring visibility into tool effectiveness and operational performance</li> <li>Enhance accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of program reporting deliverables provided to stakeholders</li> <li>Reduce administrative burden on program leadership by managing coordination, tracking, and reporting activities</li> <li>Support integration and alignment of cybersecurity operations with engineering and tool management teams</li> <li>Conduct quality assurance reviews of GRC platform record sets to identify duplicates, gaps, or inconsistencies in use case entries across environments.</li> <li>Perform cross-system data comparisons between the GRC platform, application, and external systems (e.g., HSDW, CyberScope), ensuring alignment with compliance reporting requirements.</li> <li>Build and maintain dashboards and reports for FISMA CIO metrics, GRC platform and application inventory health, and POA&amp;M status updates.</li> <li>Support data validation and cleanup projects during OpDiv onboarding or use case enhancements.</li> <li>Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and federal stakeholders to interpret data needs and support continuous reporting improvements.</li> <li>Assist in defining business rules and logic for data mapping, reporting fields, and export templates.</li> <li>Use SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Archer-native reporting tools to design and deliver metrics reports.</li> <li>Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data used in FISMA audits, ATO reviews, and senior leadership briefings.</li> <li>Maintain documentation of data integrity processes, reporting logic, and validation checklists.</li> <li>Can investigate and comprehend complex calculated fields, iViews, sub-forms, dashboards, and advanced reports to determine corrective actions.</li> <li>Performs basic API diagnostics and supports GRC platform and application data integrations for pre-defined feeds (e.g., HSDW, EANow, Active Directory) under developer guidance.</li> <li>Supports data mapping and metrics exports aligned with OSCAL structure for audit and reporting automation.</li> </ul> <p><u>Basic Qualifications</u></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Science, or related discipline.</li> <li>Possesses at least 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.</li> <li>At least 2 years working with an Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, including RSA Archer, data related to system inventory, POA&amp;M tracking, and FISMA compliance.</li> <li>Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system to track data-related issues and user-reported discrepancies.</li> <li>Understanding of system inventory and POA&amp;M standards, including OMB and FISMA reporting requirements.</li> <li>Preferred certifications include CompTIA Data+, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or equivalent.</li> <li>US Citizen</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$110,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$130,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
