Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for network-related incidents, service requests, and changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN/WAN, switching, and routing
- Manage and support Cisco Meraki devices (MX, MS, MR) via dashboard
- Monitor network performance and ensure uptime and SLA compliance
- Configure and maintain VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and IP routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP – basic level)
- Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and device health checks
- Collaborate with L3 teams for complex issue resolution
- Maintain documentation for network topology, configurations, and procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation and support during network outages
