Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the end-to-end sales cycle for our IT solutions targeted at educational institutions across domestic and international markets. This role requires strong domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively demonstrate the value of our products to academic stakeholders. The ideal candidate should also possess international sales exposure with experience in handling global clients, cross-border business development, and international market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Lead Conversion

  • Conduct technical product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of schools, colleges, universities, and training institutes.
  • Effectively articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to academic decision-makers and institutional stakeholders.
  • Address complex queries by leveraging domain knowledge to align solutions with pedagogical and administrative requirements.
  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and long-term conversion.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for both domestic and international markets.
  • Handle international client interactions, virtual meetings, negotiations, and business development activities across different geographies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in global education markets.

2. Reporting and Documentation

  • Accurately document all sales activities, client communications, product requirements, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met during onboarding and post-sales support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech, IT solutions, or SaaS sector, with a minimum of 6 years of experience dedicated to the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Must have exposure to international sales and experience managing overseas clients/business opportunities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Candidate should possess leadership skills and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining detailed records.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Candidate should have his/her own device and a good internet connection.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
