Group Fitness Instructor - Strength and Conditioning

Founded in 2015, Edit offers Small group personal training, Personal Training, Nutritional Consultation and Virtual Classes. Our mission is to keep it simple and sustainable, and help clients achieve their fitness goals through science-based training programs focused on building strength, nutrition, and recovery.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Fitness Instructor. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group exercise classes for our clients, providing fitness instruction, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be coaching real people - working professionals, athletes, and everyday clients - through structured group sessions with individual attention and accountability.

Qualifications - Experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction as well as Freshers and Interns

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to provide Personal Training services to clients
• Excellent knowledge of the Fitness Industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, or related field
• Additional certifications in Fitness Instruction and/or Personal Training are a plus
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals
• Based in Chennai or willing to relocate Nice to Have
• Familiarity with corrective exercise or assessment frameworks
