Salary: $165,000-$230,000

This role has lower billable requirements as compared to traditional models.

What you have:

• 2-8 years trademark experience, including searching and clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and managing portfolios
• Preference given for TTAB experience
• Active license to practice law

Duties

• Perform clearance searches and provide risk and brand strategy opinions
• Handle filing of applications, responding to office actions, and maintaining global trademark portfolios
• Brand/mark monitoring and enforcement
• Client counseling that includes portfolio management, social media and domain name issues, license drafting and negotiating, and/or trademark assignments and purchases
