Job Description

Position Summary

  • Lead deployment, and maintenance of Office 365 solutions.
  • Leads and mentors' levels I and II in related upgrades to ensure a healthy, secure, and stable infrastructure.
  • Leads and mentors' level one and two administrators in complex troubleshooting to ensure root causes are identified and resolved.
  • Lead administrative and maintenance activities to ensure a healthy, secure, and stable infrastructure.
  • Develops and reports against Client Technologies KPI's to ensure critical business objectives are being met.
  • Monitor assigned areas and proactively implement changes to reduce risk and minimize unplanned outage or performance issues.
  • Evaluate, recommend, implement, and maintain security hardening standards across Office 365 components.
  • Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.
  • Evaluates, selects, integrates, and implements new Office 365 features, and processes
  • Provides well-written technical documentation and demonstrate strong oral communication skills.
  • Collaborate other team members, colleagues, consultants, and vendors to effectively analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Provide on-call support as needed by the business, to 24x7 critical infrastructure operations.
  • Provides leadership in the planning and design of Office 365 architecture roadmaps.
  • Leads in the development of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related Information Technology course of study or equivalent work training and experience required.
  • Microsoft 365 fundamentals is required or must be completed within 2 months of hire.
  • Microsoft Security Administrator Associate must be completed within 4 months of hire
  • Must complete Enterprise Administrator Expert within one year of hire
  • Experience:
  • 5+ Years of combined experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator I & II or equivalent roles.
  • Expert level understanding of Office 365 technologies and solutions.
  • 3+ years of ITIL experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with project management.
  • Successful track record of meeting SLAs for assigned incidents with a higher degree of quality.
  • Successful Track record of completing assigned project work on time with high degree of quality.
  • Successful track record of working collaboratively with others.
  • Proven ability to take on complex issues and work.
  • Knowledge of advanced technology hardware and applications used in a healthcare environment.
  • 3+ years of experience creating automation scripts via PowerShell, VB or other scripting languages.
  • 3+ years of group policy management.
  • 3+ years of experience with Active directory.
  • Experience with enterprise applications, asset management tools, diagnostic utilities, remote support tools and enterprise anti-virus tools.
  • Proven advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities including packet capture analysis, log file analysis and other diagnostic tools.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in maintaining task schedules, and meeting project deadlines required.
  • Experience supporting customers with complex technology issues.
  • Experience conducting research into a wide range of computing issues as required.
  • Has a diverse understanding of foundation architecture, hardware, and software.
  • Understands networking concepts
  • Ability to support advanced network functions.
  • Possess a strong customer focused orientation to ensure that client needs are addressed and resolved in accordance with service level agreements.

Pay Range

$83,636.80 - $121,904.64
