Working Days - 6 (Mon to Sat : Alternate Sat off)
Shift time - 10:30 am to 06:30pm
Responsibilities -
Documentation Preparation and Management:
· Prepare and review export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
· Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
· Manage the filing and tracking of documents to ensure timely processing and retrieval.
Regulatory Compliance:
· Stay current with changes in international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations related to export and import activities.
· Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to documentation and compliance.
Coordination and Communication:
· Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth processing of shipments.
· Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and procurement, to gather and verify required documentation.
· Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and other external parties regarding documentation requirements and status.
Record-Keeping and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate records of all export and import documentation and transactions.
· Prepare and submit reports on documentation status, compliance issues, and any other relevant metrics.
Conduct periodic audits of documentation processes to ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
