Junior .NET Developer Position Overview: Direct hire only or Full-time role. State its Hybrid 3 days in the office.We are seeking a motivated Junior .NET Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise and client-facing web applications.The ideal candidate will work closely with senior developers and business teams to build scalable, high-performing solutions using .NET Framework/Core, SQL Server, and AngularJS.This role provides hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Support the development and maintenance of web applications built on .NET (C#) and SQL Server. Assist in creating and maintaining front-end interfaces using AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Write clean, testable, and efficient code following internal coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, QA, and senior developers. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Support integration between internal and external systems via APIs and web services. Maintain database objects including tables, stored procedures, and views. Document technical specifications and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience developing applications in .NET (C#) and SQL Server. Basic understanding of AngularJS or other front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js a plus). Familiarity with Entity Framework, LINQ, and RESTful API development. Knowledge of SDLC, source control systems (Bitbucket/Git), and debugging tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute within a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills: Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-based deployments. Understanding of JSON, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP). Experience with responsive web design and basic UI/UX principles.
