## What you’ll do:

• Practitioner in Systems Engineeing, with handson SE experience pertaining to multi-discplinary systems, including in regulated safety-critical industries like aerospace and automotive
• Practitioner on MBSE with deep hands-on experience on MBSE toolchain including SysML modeling tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, Capella and Enterprise ArchitectResponsible to lead and execute full Systems Engineering development life cycle including requirements management, design, development, verification & validation, qualification & certification testing.
• Influence the continual improvement of the systems engineering capability, including the evolution to a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment
• Apply and develop Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, processes and techniques to develop system architectures that meet stakeholder needs
• Execute System Architecture ideas and demonstrate feasibility through relevant engineering calculations / predictions.
• Systems modelling, with exposure to MBSE, the SysML modelling language, and tools (e.g. Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, and/or CAMEO).
• Exposure to industry standards like ARP4754A, IEC15288 is desirable
• Develop company best practices and use to create system/sub-system architectures and the decomposition, allocation of requirements into sub-systems and LRUs
• Planning, leading and executing requirements capture and systems architectures development using requirements capture tools (e.g. CRADLE and DOORS NG).
• Execute system engineering work while driving continuous improvement to fulfil project, system KPIs and meet customer satisfaction.
• Experenice in system modeling and validation while dealing with Multiphysics in Mechanical, pnuematic/hydraulic & Electric / Electonics, risk management to enable decision making by using robust design methodologies. DFSS GB certification / deployment is preferred.
• Execute multiphysics system simulations through MatLab Simulink software complying with the specifications. Drive digital transformation by leveraging data, insights and digital tools.
• Drive and execute a new mechanical/Electromechanical system Development through Eaton PROLaunch / PreLaunch system Engineering processes.
• Should have working experience with CAD, analytical & analysis tools (Creo, Matlab/Simulink, AmeSim, MathCAD)
• Should have proficiency in advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Prepare and manage schedule and project cost working closely with Project Lead/Manager.
• Good communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written are necessary with an ability to make necessary status reports, technical presentations to Eaton management and global stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage customer communication effectively by providing customer centric solutions.
• Provide visible technical leadership to guide, coach and develop high performing project team/members.

## Qualifications:

• Master's degree - 5+ years or Bachelor's degree - 7+ years experience of System Engineering in Requirements engineering, Electromechanical System design, development, validation & launch
• This position requires 2+ years of demonstrated experience on MBSE/SysML/UML methodologies.

## Skills:

• Bachelors / Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Systems Engineering or equivalent. INCOSE certification on Systems Engineering is an added advantage.
