We are currently hiring for the role of a Supplier Acct Executive with a Leading Logistic firm based in Mumbai

Designation- Supplier Account Executive

Loc: Andheri

6 months contractual Role

Night Shift with weekend off

Shift- 7.30pm to 4.30am

Salary range – Max upto 7lpa

Skills required

• Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence engaging suppliers across US, Canada, UK, and other Western markets
• Strong sales, account management, and objection-handling skills in a B2B/SaaS environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and comfortable using CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred)
• Ability to adapt communication style culturally and professionally across global customers
• Comfortable handling sales conversations, objections, renewals, and customer queries with global suppliers over calls, emails, and virtual meetings

Job role summary

• Manage and grow a portfolio of supplier accounts, driving revenue through new sales, renewals, upsell, and retention
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, ensuring strong relationships, satisfaction, and data quality
• Work closely with sales, data validation, customer success, and audit teams to deliver a seamless supplier experience
