Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist based in Indore, with flexibility for partial remote work. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing online marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, analyzing web traffic using analytics tools, and implementing strategies to drive lead generation. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and contribute to a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Strong skills in managing Social Media Marketing campaigns, including content creation and scheduling
• Experience with Web Analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance
• Outstanding Communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with customers effectively
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities efficiently
• A strong understanding of lead generation techniques and customer behavior
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the electronics or e-commerce industry is a plus
